At wits' end - recommend a faith healer?

Hope this is posted in the right place, Mods please move if necessary.

Can anyone recommend a faith healer, in the South East if possible but we will consider elsewhere?

We are at our wits' end here - my partner has ongoing stomach issues, he lives in constant pain. Some days it's not too bad but the pain is still always there.

After 5 years of scopes, MRIs, hospitalisation etc. it was diagnosed as diverticulitis and if all else fails surgery to remove part of his colon will be the only solution. We are in our 30s, it's a terrible prospect to face.

He is just after finishing yet another course of antibiotics at the weekend and he said tonight he needs to go to the doctor again. I just wish he could get better, he will try virtually anything at this stage. My heart is broken seeing him suffer.

So can anyone please help? TIA.

Try a course of Chicory root, bags of it can be bought on amazon, it is a high fibre pre-biotic (pre not pro!) and highly promotes proper gut and digestive working.

It is a bit like shredded wood chippings, best way to take it is was a couple of teaspoons of it down with water a couple of times a day. Don't make it into powder as the taste of it in powder form is hard to take.

I hope I am not speaking out of turn here, but your partner has had a proper medical diagnosis made by trained personnel using state of the art equipment. Although the potential solution is drastic, it might be for the best.

Why you would consider trying a 'faith healer' is beyond me. Do you actually believe that one will be able to cure your partner of their pain?

I hate to see people put their faith in something other than proper medical practicioners.

HI OP. His diverticulitis sounds very severe and I'm sorry to hear that. I suffer from Diverticulitis myself however it's quite mild by the standards of your OH. Honestly though I don't know what a faith healer could possibly do for your OH. Diverticulitis is incurable. As I'm sure you know yourself, all you can do is manage the condition and if it's severe, undergo an operation. Sadly I don't think there's any way around this operation. Please don't spend your money and waste your time on some charlatan who promises to heal your OH when, in reality, no cure is possible.
