Dandruff on cat

I was brushing Peach tonight and noticed she has quite bad dandruff! I never notice it when just rubbing her etc but while removing dead hairs, she's absolutely full of it! She's not particularly itchy and her coat itself is in great condition, very shiny soft and plush, but she sheds like a demon. I groomed all 3 cats tonight, the hairball of dead hairs I removed from her was at least 3 times as big as both Dude's and Cream's combined!
Any tips on helping with the dandruff? They already get salmon oil in their food every day

It can happen in winter if you have heating on and they spend a lot of time indoors, daily brushing helps and I have given coconut oil in food to our old boy with some success, beware too much oil can cause problems too.
