I need to draw down the final payment on my mortgage.
I have contacted my local branch and gotten no answer.
How do I go about drawing down the payment?
I know I have to get an engineer involved.

Hi Addle, thanks for getting in touch.

For Self-Build Mortgages there’s usually a stage payment where funds are released in stages as the build progresses.
Usually once your engineer has completed a stage payment certificate to confirm that the work has been completed then your solicitor can request the payment for works that have already been completed.

You can get some more information about this here:

If you need to speak to your mortgage adviser, please send me a PM with your name, ph number and the name of the branch where you applied for the mortgage and I’ll arrange for them to call you directly.

I hope this helps, let me know if you need help with anything else.
    Thanks
    Tara C
