Stansted Transfer Times

I'm looking at booking Ryanair flights through Stansted in July.
There is 1:20 mins between the advertised landing time of the first flight and the take off time of the second flight.
With online check-in is this adequate time as there should be no need to go out into the public area.
Just get off the first flight, check the screens and make our way to the departure gate for the second flight?

Dublin flights to stansted usually take a bus to the terminal as you go via a different channel as you don't need to show passport. You will then need to walk to the other side of the airport and go via security. It can then be at least a 15/20 minute walk to the Ryanair gates again

Personally I wouldn't risk it but if you are going to chance it I would buy the FASTTRACK for the security with is £3.50 and can be bought on the airport website.

I fly stanstead regularly, it is the worst and slowest airport in UK. And they are in the middle of remodelling which has increased the distance to travel from arrivals to departures further. I usually fly with a 2 hour timeslot between flights and it is just enough to get through security and grab some quick food - remember most gates are a 15-20 min walk after security. I honestly would not take the risk of a shorter time between flights and I did this trip 6 times in Nov and dec.

Definitely not a transfer friendly airport and Ryanair only do point to point not connections so you've no safety blanket if you miss the flight due to transfer delays. As the other posters said, too tight a window.
