wood panel fencing cheap ?

Hi guys , living in lomerock looking to put up a fence in my back garden have one at the moment but it's very small and neighbours dogs always try bite through it , I have a toddler so terrfied in case she sticks her fingers through the holes also she is scared of them so would like a fence that blocks the sight of them…

Or could I make my own from pallets
