I'm currently on a Mark IV on the way back to Heuston and I must say it is the worst train I have ever been on (and this includes some rather crap trains between Chester and Holyhead in the late 90s)

The seats are pretty uncomfortable and the drop down tables a bit too big for the average passenget

The worst thing about the train is that it is being pushed by the loco at the back and this is really obvious as you can feel the train being pushed as it is vibrating a lot.

I normally get the 220s which are actually nice trains and are quite comfortable

Are you looking for some sort of discussion or are you just bored on the train and posting for the sake of it?

Your post seems to just a rant with no prospect of further discussion.

I'd agree, they're not great. Not a big fan of the 22k either, but prefer them.
