Defibrillators at GAA grounds

Listening to the radio today, there was a report from a Hastings cup U-21 game between Leitrim and Roscommon which was abandoned after one of the players collapsed on the pitch. It's sounds like he was in a bad way and a defibrillator was used to revive him. Thankfully he seems to be fine now. I know every county ground would have one, would many club grounds have one and someone who'd know how to use it in an emergency situation?
