I see piles of horses out tomorrow that I feel have a chance.

Lingfield 12:35 - Robert The Painter has been plummeting down the weights, but finally put in a decent performance last time out, suggesting at last it's competitive at this type of level. Drops down 2 whole classes so has a decent shout tomorrow. I'd like to see this tracking the leaders before being produced for a charge late on. Think that would give it the best chance at winning. 11/2.

Ascot 1:15 - Cloudy Bob surely a decent price at 8/1 off the back of a race where it finished second to Sunny Ledgend, a horse that won again today, making that form look even better.

3:05 - Think there is a good opportunity for punters to get a decent chance at a big price. Angus Milan has a rookie pilot on-board without a winner over rules. Smoking Big Cigars has done nothing. There's a whole pile of dangerous looking horses at big prices, so I am going to pick from two here. Small bet on Forjoethepainter, a horse that usually has a good race in it about once every year when the handicapper finally relents a little. Winner off 89 and 85 this is now down to 81, decent 18/1 shot. If you were to only take one of my picks though, definitely give Shabras Bertolini a few quid e/w at 25/1. Winner of 98 and 104, tomorrow it goes of 95 with a 7lb claimer on-board. Bit unproven over this trip, but worth a punt at a huge price.

Two bets so far for tomorrow:

    Ascot 1:50 - The Govaness 9/1

Now, Vroum Vroum Mag's price suggests she'll win this comfortably. I don't think she'll have it so easy so I want to take her on. She hasn't done anything over hurdles to warrant a such a short price and I'm taking her on with The Govaness who was only beaten a head by a very good mare in Polly Peachum at Sandown on her last run on heavy ground. I'm surprised The Govaness is only fourth in the betting. Should be clear 2nd fav imo.

    Ascot 3:00 - Traffic Fluide 33/1

I think the front two are vulnerable and TF is a nice price. I think he's worth a punt. Reasonable form as a novice last season.

Oops, can you even delete a thread, I can't. Wonder can mods merge?

Corals have gone even dough on The New One for £100 max. It's certainly no Faugheen - but surely a penalty kick.

    definitely a false favorite.
there was a rake of overnight money for it on it's handicap debut last time, but it's owned by a syndicate with only one horse, so they'll probably keep throwing money at it until it wins.

It's part owned by Noel Hayes, Director of Betbright and former owner of Our Conor, has a few flat horses aswell

    Ascot 3.35
    Bennys mist @ 11/1
Loves the mud, If starts well jumping should give a good account.

    Haydock 1.00
    Horizontal speed @ 5/1
Look at it's last run and you will see it travelled best in a better race but didn't quite get up the cheltenham hill, should place at the very least also likes mud.

    Haydock 1.30
    Bristol de mai @ 9/4
If otago trail was off level weights with Bristol de mai I would choose otago trail but I think the 7 pounds will be hard to give away.

I would take the new one on tomoro, clearly needs a big step up in trip

    Taunton 3.20
    Sandy beach @ 4/1

Looks a diff horse sent chasing , lost to a JP blot last time with the pair pulling clear in a big field, fav in the race is a nichols chasing debutante and 2nd fav fell LTO.

Maybe it was pulled. As soon as I saw it I put the max on. Already laid off on Betfair.

Tara Road is better than the alloted mark and trainer aint half bad at laying them out for a Saturday raid. 11/1 is very tasty indeed.

I hope UDS obliterates SDG on the steel

Allenstown Kid strikes me as a good e w bet @ 20/1 in the 12.50 Navan

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,205 ✭✭✭Gringo180

Alan Kings in the 1st at Ascot and Gordon Elliots in the 3rd at Navan lads. Double pays 9/4.

Jaysus, The New One, he'd be about number 8 in the Willie M yard.

Ravin Black for the champion hurdle :pac:

It's actually laughable how Channel 4 were trying to build him up as a contender to Faugheen.

It's a crime to run the new one in the champion hurdle,he has no chance what so ever.if rayvin black wasn't acting the ejit going around the bends he probably would have won.

Bulling, had a few bob on Rayvin Black to beat the 3 mile hurdler.

    Racing UK hate Irish horses.

How many thousands of punters are waiting on UDS for the treble now

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,376 ✭✭✭Shemale

RUK think the ground will suit SDG more than UDS, they will see he is a bigger machine on softer..
