    Hi,

If anyone here can supply some advice , i would be really grateful .

Part of the boundary fence maybe an issue between a neighbour and the potential properity i am looking at. The seller solicitor has advised me, that this has being agreed on, and is in progress with the land registry and is in phase 2.

It must be noted that both individuals involved in the boundary are not in the best of terms with each other

Would this be a potential issue and cause a protracted sale

    Any advice would be appreciated

Have you got a solicitor? This is an issue for your solicitor to deal with for you.

    Mod note

OP you mention the vendor's solicitor but make no reference to having one yourself. You absolutely need good legal advice on these issues.

Hi Thanks for your message, I guess that would be the next step. Ideally I am looking for a very straight forward sale rather getting into a protracted sale

I guess it best at this stage to get some legal advice

    Cheers for the advice :)
