Frances Fitzgerald is championing a swimming pool for Lucan. Is this likely to delay a swimming pool for Kildare North even further? KCC seems happy enough to tell the people of Celbridge to go to the cinema in Liffey Valley, are they going to tell people to go to Lucan aswell?

There is a massive push in Lucan for this, with the population of Lucan it could hurt North Kildare. While it be easy for Celbridge and Lexlip to get to, I wouldn't too sure about other parts.

But I can't see Lucan not getting it this time.

Fitzgerald is pushing for everything now, she knows they can get a second seat in Lucan if they deliver this.

Also she knows she is a contender for the leadership of the party in the future.

Shes too old and most importantly an utter twat.
Enda will keep on for at least another dail. Depending on how well he does.
They wont select a new leader that is over 70

Only future leaders in that party that are currently obvious are Varadkar and Coveney - not Fitzgerald.
