How do you register for liscence after compleating sprayer boom course?

I have completed course and was told to go onto www.pcsagriculture.gov.ie and register as a Farmer ( apparently the license wont become active otherwise) this starts the password login to get onto the usual www.agriculture.gov.ie (Agfood site) site but when I get onto site nothing seems to happen am I missing something ?

I have gotten that far selected the first option and entered the passwords and end up on the site and get the usual options

as below

Animal Event Recording System
Animal Identification and Movements
Beef Data Genomics Programme (2015 - 2020)
Direct Payments (BPS/Greening/SPS)
Financial Self-Services
Geographic Information System
Nitrates Derogation
Nitrogen & Phosphorous Statements
Organic Farming Scheme
Sustainable Use Directive System
TAMS II - Animal Welfare Safety and Nutrient Storage
TAMS II - Dairy Equipment Scheme
TAMS II - LESS (Low Emission Slurry Spreading Scheme)
TAMS II - Organic Capital Investment Scheme
TAMS II - Pig and Poultry Investment Scheme
TAMS II - Young Farmer Capital Investment Scheme

From here I am not so sure what to do ?

Ok I had not looked to the third option (the help document) and now see that I need to select the
Sustainable Use Directive System
And register here
