What's the best method of lapping the Clearlights on a roof? Should the clear lights be lapped over the corrugated sheets on both edges to stop them bending and letting in the wind? Clearlights are 11ft same as steel sheets. 3 purlins at 5ft centre on A roof. One side of roof is facing south and fairly exposed.

Lap them on both sides and screw every ridge down.

I put perspex under on both sides but I put inch blue band under 3 ridges to make it safer and h3lp support sheet, its only about 22 e a length .

The new type will be. They now have a 20yr guarantee or something. Just make sure they are installed the right way up as only one side is UV protected

Make sure to drill holes bigger in clear sheeting because there is a lot of movement when it gets hot put extra big washers on as well if possible

The man that could walk up this roof would be Spiderman. 26°pitch. Using cat ladder to get to the ridge at the moment. Fair point though.
