Mala Beach for me, looks very well in. Had small each way on Bonny Kate at 16/1 she is R1 at the minute. If she creeps in she has under 10st and won in similar conditions last time out.

Will do rfc if she gets in

I think so too. Looks like he has been laid out for this. The only other time he has been over three miles over fences was when fourth to Don Poli in a Grade One. Stayed on nicely in Ascot lately when Russell didn't go very hard on him. Russell went to England that day specifically to ride Mala Beach.

Can anyone tell me why Alpha Des Obeaux is 5/4? Would much rather be on the vile one's horse (Noble Emperor) at 12/1

Tell Us More looked very skittish there against very mediocre opposition.

I'd say there was some in-running carnage on that Avenir d'Une Vie in the bumper. Well backed all day and looked an absolute certainty a furlong out. Messed up a few accas as well, no doubt.

As a course and distance winner (the form from that win is excellent, 2nd 3rd and 4th place horses all went on to win) with impeccable breeding, former Coolmore horse US Navy Seal is surely a bit of value at 8/1 in the 6:10. Bizarrely stepped up in trip last time out, it clearly ran out of steam well before the line, so no surprised to see it back out over a more favourable distance. Favourite Freud, also a recent course and distance winner goes again today with a penalty, but today is a serious step up in class.

Winner of the bumper in Ireland was matched at 1000/1 for €37!
