if a member of the drug squad was taking drugs home and smoking them, and giving drugs to friends, who would you report that to?

GSOC would be a good start alright.

Yes the Garda Ombudsman and the Garda Ombudsman's office ONLY. Do not go to AGS with this allegation.

It would depend on the evidence. If it's merely hearsay then they'd probably start with an audit of his seizures. If there was more direct evidence they might escalate it to a search of his property and interviewing any others named.

First likely thing to happen would be a drug test on the Garda, this would establish if drugs were taken.

    Very unlikely.

I wouldn't go to gsoc, they generally fcuk up anything they do! Contact the local superintendent directly and leave it with them, but you'd need to have your facts right, pub talk or a listening to a druggie with a grievance won't convict anyone.

I say the super will send it on to gsoc under section 85 (I think)

Make sure you can prove everything, proof comes before truth it's up to you to put the argument forward
