Air tight home possible?

There are some serious draughts in my home presently. I need to try to rectify this. It's a 2004 build and should be warmer than it is.

Pardon my naivety on this matter but is there a company that will come examine my home and tell me where the heat is being lost or getting in? There are even draughts coming in through the phone sockets in the walls.

    TIA

    It is definitely possible.

Look for 'heat loss analysis with IR camera' on Google and this should give you some pointers.
IR camera is not the only way.

No idea on the involved cost.
