eir Mobile: accessing last twelve months bills

    Hi

    I can only seem to access the last 5 months of bills on my account. On this page, it says that with paperless billing "[font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]You’ll be able to access up to 12 months of your bills stored securely online"[/font]

    I joined eMobile about 18 months ago and I've been signed up for paperless billing all along.

    Please advise..
