    Turn it ....
You've turned it once taking it out of the shed, it'll start to heat.. turn it again in a month or so ...

A bag of Amonium Sulphate or any distressed nitrogen fertiliser mixed into it will speed up rotting and reduce the volume of it .

I find turning it with the tine grab makes a big difference to the rotting of it. the looser it is, as in air able to get into it , the better it rots.

Throw some topsoil on it as well before turning it, no real need to put N fertiliser on it unless it has woodchip in it.

Agree with above. Just turn it a couple of times, that'll do. But if you have woodchip, you will need N.
