    Hiya guys

Just wondering would I be able to stay signed on while I am attending a Celta course. The course cost 1000euro and runs for 4 weeks from 9-3. There would be a very good possibility of obtaining work as soon as it ends. I have called into the welfare office twice but each time I was asked to come back at a later date as a claims officer wasn't present.

I am just wondering if anyone else has undergone courses while on the dole. Thank you for any reply

I made a similar enquiry to my local social welfare office, regarding a four-week full-time course, and they told me to fill out the Part-time BTEA form and return it to them. I'm sure you can download it from Citizensinformation.ie or Welfare.ie.
