Time for some TLC for my car.

The plates on my car are aging badly. Dirt seems to have gotten inside the plastic and it looks awful.

Where do you order yours from?

No hurry - I see they can be got from Halfords, but hate using them ever since they charged my wife 10 Euro to replace a light bulb. :)

Any motor factors should be able to print some instantly. They should be about €10 a plate for a plastic plate. €20 a plate for pressed metal plates.

Why didn't you replace it yourself so or be like the rest of the country and drive around with a blown bulb.

Thanks. Think I've only ever had the plastic type. Must look up the metal type.

    Cheers
