Hi all,

I'm in receipt of JSA and sign on once every 3 months as I live a bit away from my local centre. I received the slip in th slip in the post and totally forgot about it until I spotted it today. I was supposed to sign on last week. Never missed a date before...can't believe I was so stupid. Could anyone advise what the best way to deal with this is or what might happen? Should I go to the office Monday morning or just call? Worried I'll be cut off now! Thanks

Call or go into the office and explain everything. They'll understand. People forget their own birthdays never mind signing on days.
