Wood pellet Stove

    Hello

    We have a wood pellet stove. Just a simple device that you load with pellets and produces heat.

    I clean out the ash tray and keep the burn pot clean. I'm thinking it needs a good Hoover out / clean but I don't want to use our house Hoover in it as it would destroy it with ash etc

    Is there such a thing as getting someone in to service or clean these stoves ?

    Thanks. But is there such a thing as a service on these or is it just give it a clean out with a Hoover ?

    Pellet stoves should be serviced every 12 to 18 months.It is pretty straight forward but not as simple as just hoovering it out.
    Flue fan needs to be opened up and cleaned out,also convector fan may need to be lubricated.
