    What do you mean 'mockups'?

    A wireframe? A storyboard? A visual/grpahic representation of screens?

    Also what are your skills? Are you actually an Android developer? or an app designer? or a non-technical/business person?

    Sketch is fantastic for designing the UI and one of the best I've used. You can use it in combination with Pixate for creating great prototypes.
