UFH Manifold Pump question

Hi all, question question to you plumbing experts: i have 2 ufh manifolds, one downstairs serving 1600sq feet and one upstairs serving 800sq ft. My question is what setting should the pumps be on? Both are on the lowest (3 settings on the pumps). If i turn up the speed, would it heat the house quicker? Thanks in advance!
