Looking for some help in finding an Impreza I'm after ..

I want a 2nd generation , ideally a facelift version from 05 , but would consider any of the 2nd gen. models. It has to be a wrx , preferably an sti and must be in the subaru blue.Obviously good condition , well maintained etc..

I'm only interested in a good condition one as Ive looked at a lot that have been wrecked by boy racers but at the same time I want value for money .There is loads available in the uk but seem to sell for car collector money as opposed to normal prices.

Any suggestions as to where I should be looking for a decent one?

After having one a few years ago, you'll struggle to find a mint one but there are some good ones about, what ever one your looking at I'd budget in the price of an engine rebuild. Those cars are driven hard. I'd want proof off NCT's, I had a jap one and it broke my heart on emissions, was back and forth like a yoyo to NCT Center. There an awesome car though.

I'd avoid a Jap one if you can, try and get an Irish or uk one, have your budget that you'd pay for a mint one, then subtract €2000

Pop over to the for sale section on isdc.ie some very well sorted cars pop up for sale, now and again.
