Need granite worktop cut in place

Hi all. I'm moving into a house with an existing granite (but possibly quartz) worktop. However it extends out on the side by 1cm. I need this lip cut back to allow a tall section to cleanly abut the existing run of cupboards.

Does anyone know if it is possible to cut a benchtop in situ? It needs to be a clean cut all the way back to the splashback.

If you know of someone who can do this in South Dublin, please PM me. Thanks!
