Zara returns issue

    I bought a few items through Zaras website towards the end of November. One item was too small, so I booked the return online as per instructions in their emails. Six weeks later and as many phone calls or not more, I am still waiting on the return to be collected. I have been assured that the package will be collected on at least three different days. Every time I phone I am booked in for another return and told different things.

    Absolutely sick of it now. Any suggestions on what to do next? They just aren't interested and I'm nowhere near a store so that isn't an option.
