Gas Dryer Vent & Air tightness

Has anyone fitted a type of 'air-tight' vent for use on a clothes dryer in a near air-tight house?

I want to fit a gas clothes dryer and am looking at some of the vent types below - which surprisingly mostly seem to come from the USA.

Obviously, I want to reduce the amount of air loss out the vent - but would be interested on feedback of anyone that has them.

I know some people have gone down the route of a condenser dryer, but any such dryer I've used has tended to be a pile of sh1te.

Also - need to consider the potential problems if the damper/flap sticks.....

As this is a gas unit I don't think the venting is something that you can decide.
IMO its just like a gas boiler so the REGIII will have to comply with what ever regs there are

Yes, the house is not finished yet, but will have a MHRV unit fitted.

The dryer will be going in a large utility area - at one end of the house. I still have to chat to the MHRV installer re the impact it may have on it.

I was actually informally chatting to a registered gas installer and we discussed venting, but he didn't seem to see an issue with the vent having flap - which I was surprised by.

I was reading about some vents that only open when a certain pressure builds and this pressure tends to be greater than what most air-tightness tests are run at. But, this would obviously need to correlate well to the particulars of the model of dryer.

Worst case scenario, I can try to seal the utility area off as best I can from the rest of the house and try to seal around the vent/joint to dryer as best I can. I was hoping that the dryer itself would be relatively air-tight.
