The Bridge House pub, Dolphin's Barn - closed permanently or temporarily?

    Walked through the Barn for the first time in a few months yesterday and I noticed that the Bridge House Pub (the one on right and beyond the bridge, when facing Crumlin, across from Seagull House - not to be confused with the Barn House which is on the left and before the bridge) seems to be completely closed - shutters down, no sign of life at around 6PM last night. Anyone know if the place has closed for good, or just for renovations or while the demolition works are going on behind it? Would be a shame to see it go, but other Dublin 8 pub closures over the last year (most infamously Fallons) have turned out to just be temporary while the pub changes hands or gets an internal facelift.

    Anyone know what the story is? Unlike the Barn House they don't seem to have a Facebook page or anything like that so it's harder to find out what's going on
