BOI & PTSB 2% cash back on mortgages

Both these banks offer a 2% cash back on mortgages. If you apply via a broker and he secures a mortgage via these 2 banks then will you still recieve the 2% back? Cheers

Boi don't use brokers so that's 50% of your question answered
