Buying coal in the North?

I'm getting a slack boiler installed, and I need to buy about 2 tonnes of slack/coal peas to get started.

I'm in Donegal but I'm beside the border. Am I right in thinking that it's the same as heating oil, i.e. I can't buy in the North and bring it out?

Because I'm so close to the border buying in Derry would suit me better but nobody there will deliver over the border.

    Give customs a bell.

Please follow site and charter rules. "Resistance is futile"

Thanks, I'll catch up tomorrow. Just read the first page so haven't come across any discussion on the legality of it yet although if this crowd are in Tyrone but advertise as delivering to the south there must be something there.

I like you live close to the border, I buy ten bags at a time in my van and come home but it's only two mile to the south, big savings on stove coal €7 per bag.
This other link I sent you purchase in the north by card and get a courier to deliver. No need to read it all.
