where to find a new 700c wheel for a touring bike ?

    Hi all,

    I'm looking for a new front wheel for a koga miyata tourer . I'm pretty sure that it is 700c that I am looking for as it says 700c on the tyre . The guy I bought the bike off said the wheels were 28 inch but a bit of google work and it seems that 28 inch and 700c are the same .

    I see wheels on sites like spa cycles in the uk but there cheapest is almost 2/3 s the cost of the bike . Any ideas where I could pick up a 700c front wheel built string enough for loaded touring with lowriders , not super expensive but not budget components either ?
