When I turn the dial one or two increments past the dot and wait, nothing happens.

I can't get to stage two to turn the sound off.:(

    Any suggestions welcome.

I've got similar Bosch machine, but the process is slightly different.

I need to turn the machine off, then turn the selector knob one click to the right, while holding the Eco button in, which allows me to change the volume of, or disable completely, the keypress beep (mine has touch controls).

If I then turn the knob one more click to the right, I can control the annoying and insistent beep that occurs at the end of the program, which is what I guess you're trying to do.

It looks like in your case you're supposed to hold the Spin button in while turning the knob one click, and then release the button, is that what you're doing? You then change the volume by continually pressing the Spin button .. the more lights the louder the beep.

I should add, the user manual looks like it was translated by Google Translate rather than a proper translator, very poor. I downloaded a German version to be able to fully understand how the thing worked!
