They have been recorded on Rahasane Turlough outside Craughwell. And I have seen one on the Craughwell River on a trip from Craughwell to Morans. Win Win!

I've seen them in the Walks in Loughrea on occasion, also if you follow the river down from behind O'Deas Hotel down towards the old Mill I used to see them there on occasion. Saw one only once on the (same) river in Craughwell.
