    Question 1 – Water grant
    If you applied for the 2015 Water Conservation Grant by the October 22nd deadline and are yet to receive payment, please send us a PM with the following details and we can help further:
    Your name;
    Address;
    Contact Number;
    Account Number and;
    Confirmation that you are the account holder.
    All other queries in relation to the Water Conservation Grant can be directed to the Department of Social Protection’s Water Grant Support team on 0761 087 890.

    Question 2 – Can you pay a bill using an old bill
    As the barcodes on all of the bills we have sent to you link to your account, it is possible to pay an outstanding bill in the Post Office, using an older bill.


    Question 3 – Text message about overdue bills despite direct debit
    If you have set up a Direct Debit with Irish Water but are receiving text messages regarding an outstanding bill, please send us a PM with the following details and we can help further:

    Question 4 - Why are Irish Water refusing to respect customers instructions re: communication?

    While I have absolutely no idea what the point is with regards to listing last week's Top 5 queries, Question 4 and the subsequent comment shown above made me laugh... because I posted the question and it had absolutely nothing to do with wanting a previous bill.
