Learner permit tractor license

I know this much When driving a tractor on a learner permit and the tractor has no passenger seat you are allowed drive on your own. But I'm wondering when there is a passenger seat can you still drive on your own or do you have to 100% have to have a lad with a license for more than two years with you

You can drive on your own but you can't bring any passengers unless the passenger has a licence for more than 2 years
