heat recovery systems

    Hi there .
    Does any body no if I can retro fit heat recovery system just to up stairs 4 bedroom and bathrooms I have condensation on windows in the morning it is a new house and I can only fit to up stairs due to air to water heating concrete floor and under floor heating upstairs and down stairs I also no the house is still drying out and will have moisture living in house only 2 months windows have vents only form of ventilation
    Can anyone advise please

    What was your airtightness test result?

    3 air changes per hour approx just tested 2 weeks ago windows are taped other items are not like plugs etc etc

    Yes you can.
    You may also want to consider a DCV system.

    Pity this wasn't considered during the build though.

    We have no problem down stairs and up stairs it's only the bedroom windows just at the bottom of them doesnt cover the glass at all as I was saying still a lot of moisture in the house too should I wait for while or do you recommend a company

    If it persists into the next heating season (as the house is still drying out), then consider your options.
