    HI all
    Quick question regarding a site purchase I'm trying to avoid tax and pay cash for a site off a neighbour,she's elderly and retired nd looking for big money because she's afraid she'll get caught with tax is there anyway of transferring it and paying her cash so everyone wins(bar the tax man)😄

    Good luck getting advice on breaking the law.
    Talk to a good accountant and between the two of you see if there are any ways to reduce the tax burden by legal ways.

    Revenue would have a valuation on sites so keep around that figure for safety!!

    Would it be possible to buy it as agricultural land eg 5000 per acre then go for planning afterwards?there was planning given on it many years ago
