Well, I recently bought a springer she is about 6 months old now. Every time I let her out she runs straight for the nearest ditch. I know it is good she is hunting but how do I control her she won't come back when you call her. This is my first dog I'm training myself. Any tips on how to keep her under control would be appreciated. Tanks

Lad I wouldn't let the pup out near a feild without basic manners best bet is take her home and practise recall and sit in the back garden or use a long lead to train recall
