    Sorry can't be of help, presume you mean the keeper for retaining the left over length of strap from flapping about? I sometimes use a rubber O-Ring of suitable size from work - might get you out of a hole until you find the correct thing.

    Put 24mm rubber keeper into Ebay and take your pick.
