Faulty Modem

    Hi,
    Got a new e fibre modem on 9/9/15 to get better wifi coverage in the house. Christmas week and all laptops, tablets, consoles failed to connect. Had to resort back to old modem.

    Have tried the efibre one twice since and still not a peep.

    Can you organise to have it swapped for a new one.
