    Hi all,
I have a strange issue with Sky box. When I attempt to download a box set, I normally choose HD, however I find that some episodes do not download and will only download if I choose SD. Basically some episodes get stuck at maybe 15%, when you try to continue nothing happens, so says available, but maybe only 15-20 mins are actually available........anyone experienced the same issue and found a resolution?

What speed is your internet connection?

    Test it somewhere like here...http://www.speedtest.net/

I get 28Mb download speed consistently, it's not a broadband issue as most episodes download fine, just some of them have to be downloaded in SD......

It could be a content issue with Sky. Ask on their talk to forum and they can look into it for you. Is it only one show that this is happening on or is it across multiple shows?

Maybe ask over in the Sky Talk To forum. The reps are online every day from 1 -5 and they will even call you if necessary

Don't think it's a content issue, it could be 3 episodes out of 10 from the same series, but thanks for the advice, I'll try the sky guys

That sounds like a content issue on Skys end. They should be able to look into it for you.
