Warranty Query on Note pad

i had to get a Notepad fixed a few months ago but the same problem has happened again and the repair shop is saying its definitely physical damage which i totally disagree, they said the best they could do is fix it again but i would have to pay for the screen plus vat Is this basically a case of my word against there word…

If you want a second opinion on the state of a notepad's repair then you would be well advised to take it to another repair centre.
