    Hi Guys,

Family of 5, eldest boy (10) has been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes last year. He's got his Long Term Illness card. Our combined family income is over the limit for medical card, would he qualify on medical grounds?

No one here can answer that.

The only way to know if you qualify is to apply.

If you get it, then you qualified.

    If you don't, you didn't.

And you might get a GP Visit Card out of it.

    Apply.
