interior design student help on a budget?

    I have an old two bed it is still a work in progress. I am so crap at design I look at ideas in mags/online but I'm am no ways handy with design ideas. Can't afford an interior designer but would love a design student or someone really cheap to use their CAD software on some of my rooms. I know I could do lovely stuff on a budget but dont know wear to start. I need some guidance lots of creams/browns in house and want to inject some colour into two bedrooms, a study and sitting room. I am crap with diy so dont suggest but I feel if I can get a general idea of a colour theme for curtains, beds, walls etc I can maybe try one at a time. Anyone know of any design college that would let a student do a domestic project as I would be on a budget. I know you can download app but would prefer a person to see the rooms and get an opinion. Lack of storage and clutter is a major problem for me as the attic is not high and cant store anything in them.
