Surface Pro 4, Windows 10 and Wifi

    Hi all,

    I recently got a Windows Surface Pro 4 running Windows 10. I can connect to my work wifi with no issue. But when I try to connect to my UPC/Virgin Media wifi at home, I can connect but get no IP address and therefore no Internet access.

    The password has been entered correctly.

    Has anyone else had this issue? Modem model is TC7200.
