Laptop speaker popping

    recently had to send my laptop off to get a new SSD fitted.
    Back now and up & running but every time I click off a screen the speaker pops

    I've turned down the volume but keeps happening
    Any suggestions?

    might be in your sounds and notifications settings. you using windows ?

    yes Win 7 Enterprise

    any idea what it would be? where to look?
