    Hi there,
so I already have windows 10 on my pc. I now plan to buy a new one and wonder if I can use my Windows 10 license on the new pc? Is there any option to check it?
Also, my windows 10 version, was originally bought as Windows 7 OEM DVD in 2010, then I bought and upgraded to Windows 8 online. And then got the free update for Windows 10.

    Nope.

Only if you had a full retail version of either Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 or 10 could you uninstall from your current PC and legitimately install / upgrade to Window 10 on your new PC

you either have to buy a pc with windows preinstalled
    or
buy a full retail copy of windows
    or
and move a transferrable copy of windows to the PC. and preinstalled copies aren't transferrable even if you'd upgraded them with an upgrade

windows licencing sucks. but the new model of being able to upgrade from 7 onwards for life sounds good.
