Power suppky info needed - €90 budget

So my build is an i7-4790k,GTX960,Z97 MOTHERBOARD,16GB RAM.
What wattage should i be going for and where is the best place to buy it ?
Should i go modular or non modular? Im in kerry btw and can only spend €90

Modular for the sake of cable management. Amazon is pretty good and easy to deal with if you have an issue. Something around 500-550w I'd say would do the job.

Usually anything above £20 is free shipping even to ireland. I ordered a case yesterday and wasn't charged for shipping.

Also you could try curiua.com to get the prices from EU amazons but would need to get a 3 pin plug as well as it would like have a 2 pin in the box.

Some people have had issues with them being very loud although I have never had that issue.

Most PSUs that are worth looking at are modular, unless you're really on a budget (with €90, you're not). You're looking at a 450W unit probably. You could run it off less, but nice to have a bit extra, and 450 is the lowest wattage that the non-budget stuff starts at.*

*All that isn't to say that "budget" means "bad". There are lots of awesome budget PSUs, but usually they might not have as many connectors, the warranty won't be for as long, they don't look as nice, or they'll be a bit noiser than others.

My build is similar toy yours minus the GPU, how many watts do you pull when in load and idle?

I can't remember exactly. If I remember correctly, I think it's around the 270W mark in Crysis 2.
