Billing Conundrum

    [font=arial, sans-serif]Hi, I hope you can help. We have been on lots of times but the issue isn't resolved. [/font]

    [font=arial, sans-serif]We have moved twice in the last year. So for the point of this post, Let's call them House 1, House 2, House 3.[/font]

    [font=arial, sans-serif]The Account is in my wife's name at Address 1 ([/font][font=arial, sans-serif]Account: )[/font]

    [font=arial, sans-serif]But the PDF bills on the account are in the landlady's name so I think both we and the landlady have been making payments against that property?[/font]

    What we want to happen is the August and November bills we paid be applied to the address we moved to at the start of May - Address 2

    Then we want to set up an account at our new house - Address 3 - which we moved to on Dec 1st.

    Let me know what your people can do! Please could a manager call me to go through as unfortunately I have lost faith in the training your agents are given to solve these issues.
