Can anyone here recommend fixing for installing handrails to sides of a toilet, i have been asked to put in set for my nephew. Obviously they have to be able to take a bit of weight.
The problem i have is that the wall construction is a tile, plasterboard with 75mm rigid insulation then 9 inch cavity block so if i drill through there is nothing that solid to anchor to. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

You'd be very surprised how much rigidity tiles add to a PB wall (provided of course that the tiles are sound). I'd be confident enough with a few 7mm plugs and regular 50mmx4mm screws.
